Waffle Farm Campground Seasonal Information

Open: April 15th - 3rd Friday of April
 Close: October 16th - 3rd Sunday of October

ATTENTION SEASONALS - READ THIS!!!

You must know the following:

  • 1. Your 2010 Seasonal Contract & Registration Card must be returned by February 25. (Be sure your Contract & Registration Card is Signed).
  • 2. Early discount is $50.00 if paid in full by February 20th.
  • 3. ALL Seasonal rent is due by or on July 1, 2010. All end of season fees are to be paid in full on or before October 17, 2010. ALL late fees are $2.00 per day. ALL fees have to be paid by November 1st or site termination. ANY fees not paid by November 1st will not receive a contract for the following year.
  • 4. $200.00 deposit to hold your site for the following year. Be sure we have your winter address and phone number if you want a site change.
  • 5. ALL Seasonal Sites will be issued 2 Car Passes. They are clipped to your contract. Keep until Spring. Please display on the rear window – left side. If you need more, for your children, let us know. (Reminder; you have to be here when they are here).
  • 6. Please let us know when you take your Camping Unit out of the Camp for Vacation or Repairs. (This is a must!) We have no way of knowing what happened to it. Site rent has to be paid before removing your unit for the Camp as well as at the end of the Season. Fees in the fall. 17. (D)
  • 7. Automobiles – All drivers of automobiles in the Camp must have a valid driver’s license (No Permits) 10 miles per hour for all vehicles in the entire campground beginning at the “Welcome Sign.” Remind your guests the Speed Limit is 10mph in the entire Camp.
  • 8. Reminder – Only 1 Motorized Watercraft in the water at one time.

NEW OR UPDATED RULES

(Please refer to the following Rules in your Contract as they are very important, new or have been changed!)

  • 3.  (E) We do not move 5th Wheels.  If we do move your trailer, we are not responsible for any damage.
    6.  (C) Office Approval:  Means if there is No Office Approval (From Loyd or Bill) for Trailers, Sheds and Decks.  Both Sale or Purchase, they will have to leave the Camp.
    8.  ALL GOLF CARTS, 4-WHEELERS, MINI BIKES, MOPEDS, SCOOTERS, GATORS, ETC. (Must have Office Approval).  We are attaching #5 of your Contract to read, sign and date and return to us to be kept on file.  2nd copy is for your reference.  (Return only if you will have one of the above in the Camp).  #’s (Numbers) are available at the store.  #’s must be on your vehicle and Page #5 turned in by May 1, 2010.  Do not drive Golf Cart after May 1st without your site # visible FRONT and BACK or it will be violation #1.
    16.  (A)  No Return or Site Termination:  You are responsible for ALL Seasonal Fees and Late Charges for the current season before removing trailer, shed, or deck.
  • 30. Seasonal Summer Boat Trailer Storage: South of Store “ONLY”: (We prefer that you take it home) There is a $30.00 Fee for the Summer Season.  Boat trailer must be tagged Front and Back and Insured.  (Not responsible for damage).  Nothing allowed in this storage area without Our Tags and No Boat Stored on that Trailer at any time.  Boat Trailer or any type of Trailer cannot be stored on your site or anywhere else in the Camp. A Boat Trailer can be on your site “ONLY” When a Boat is on it at all times. Any Seasonal Storing of a Boat or RV will have to be stored in the Day-Week Storage by the Barn for $2.00 per day.  (Your cooperation will be appreciated).

  • Lottery for New Seasonals – March 20th
  • Camp Opens – April 15th
  • Camp-Wide Yard Sale – June 12 (Need for participation from Seasonals)
  • Seasonal Rent Payment due – July 1st
  • Camp-Wide Yard Sale – August 21 (Remind your Neighbors of the Sale)
  • Labor Day (Seasonal) Turkey Fry – September 5
  • End of Season Fees due – October 16
  • Camp Closes – October 16

Branch County Fair – August 8-14

LATE FEE CHARGES

 

SEASONAL RENT
Unpaid balance past the 1st of July will have a late fee charge of
$2.00 PER DAY.
MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY NOVEMBER 1ST 		END OF SEASON FEES
Unpaid balance past the 17th of October will have a late fee charge of
$2.00 PER DAY.
MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY NOVEMBER 1ST

 

SITE TERMINATION

IMPORTANT
**READ**
IF YOUR SEASONAL RENT & END OF SEASON FEES ARE NOT PAID IN FULL BY NOVEMBER 1ST YOUR SEASONAL SITE CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED! AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONTRACT FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR. TRAILER, SHED OR DECK CANNOT BE REMOVED UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID. AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST YOUR PAST DUE ACCOUNT WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. SEASONALS WHO PAY FOR THEIR SEASONAL SITE BY CHECK MUST WAIT UNTIL THAT CHECK CLEARS BEFORE REMOVING TRAILER, SHED OR DECK.
