COTTAGE INFORMATION
We have two (2) cottages located right on the water-front of Craig Lake. These cottages are presented to you exceptionally clean, and we appreciate it when you leave them that way.
Cottage Rates Are Based On 4 People Occupancy. There is an Extra Charge For Over 4 People. If you have friends or relatives Staying In the camp, we Request that They Use the campground Facilities during their stay Not the cottages ( Thank You )
Everything is furnished in both cottages ( Except the Linens And Blankets ). All of the basic kitchen utensils are there. But you may have a favorite coffee pot or frying pan you may prefer to bring. All of the cottages sleep four (4) people comfortably. Television iincludes Basic & Expanded Cablevision. Outdoor Furniture, Picnic Table, and Fire Ring also furnished.
A 14’ rowboat ( NO MOTOR ) and Dock is furnished at each cottage with room for your own boat as well. The boat will accommodate up to a 10 H.P. motor and up to 3 people Only. Life Jackets are NOT Furnished.
Craig Lake Cottage
2 full bedrooms. A shower, L.P. gas heat microwave and conventional oven.
Faulkner Cottage
1 bedroom and the large living room has two twin beds. A shower, L.P. gas heat, microwave and convetional oven.
**Check In Time is Saturday at 2pm**
**Check Out is the following Saturday at 10am**
Cottages Rent By The Week (Saturday to Saturday)
NO PETS - 2 VEHICLES - VISITORS STOP AT OFFICE
The Rates for the cottages are as follows: (For 4 People) + State of Michigan (Use Tax)

Deposit & Cancellation Requirments
A $200.00 Deposit is Required Upon Making Reservation To Confirm It.
This is Due Immediately!
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Before March 1st
We Will Return Your Deposit (Minus) a $50.00 Handling Fee. If you cancel Before March 1st.
After March 1st
After March 1st. Your Deposit Minus a $100.00 Handling Fee Will Be Refunded. If we are Able To Re-Book the Cottage for the week you cancelled. Your will receive your Refund upon Re-Booking of the Cottage.

Call us to check during the week that you made the reservation for. If we have re-booked the cottage, we will mail you your refund at that time.
